The residential business provides high quality, affordable housing for young professionals typically in shared accomodation (HMO’s). The commercial business is a provider of serviced office space where the business ethos is to delight our corporate customers every day.
Luke Wates (CIO) spent seventeen years in New York and London working for the investment banks Morgan Stanley and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Having survived 13 rounds of lay-offs at Morgan Stanley, blessed relief in the form of a P45 was delivered in January 2012 which enabled the CIO to pursue his true passion, property investing.
Rosemary Wates (Director) worked for 10 years in the British Consulate in New York reaching the position of Consul-General in UKTI leading a team of 20 people promoting British Business interests to the North American corporate community.
